Membership Terms and Conditions

​1. General Provisions

 

1.1. Membership in the International Coaching Alliance (ICA) grants the right to access benefits, resources, and opportunities as defined by the selected membership type.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ICA and its members, ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and organizational standards of coaching.

 

 

2. Membership Types

 

2.1. Individual Membership — for professionals seeking to enhance expertise, advance their professional development, and gain international recognition.

2.2. Corporate Membership — for organizations integrating coaching approaches into leadership, team development, and business processes.

 

 

3. Rights and Responsibilities of Members

 

3.1. Members are entitled to access ICA resources, participate in professional development programs, and engage with the community of professionals.

3.2. Members are required to adhere to ICA’s ethical and professional standards, maintain the positive reputation of the community, and safeguard confidential information.

3.3. Corporate members must provide accurate information regarding the number of participants in accordance with their selected membership plan.

 

 

4. Payment and Renewal

 

4.1. Membership is annual and is automatically renewed upon payment of the corresponding fee.

4.2. Membership fees are paid in the currency specified by ICA and according to the rates applicable at the time of payment.

4.3. ICA reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notification to members.

 

 

5. Privacy

 

5.1. All data provided by ICA members is processed in accordance with ICA’s Privacy Policy.

5.2. Members consent to the use of provided data for ICA’s internal analytical and organizational purposes.

 

 

6. Termination of Membership

 

6.1. Membership may be terminated voluntarily by the member or in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Upon termination, members lose access to ICA resources and privileges associated with the selected membership plan.
